Anna WhittenBurg

Anna teaches yoga designed specifically for climbers. Her Wednesday Power Vinyasa class is built on the philosophy that strength is safety, both in your body and in the mountains. She has been practicing yoga since 2017 and welcomes all ability levels.

“My name is Anna Whittenburg and I’m a registered yoga teacher with 500 hours of training, based in Louisville, KY. I began a regular yoga practice in 2017, initially as a way to support my climbing. Over time, I discovered a deep love for Power Vinyasa and the energy it brings.

In 2020, I completed my certification with 502 Power Yoga, with one of my main goals being to show that yoga is accessible to everyone and that every body can benefit from it.

Outside the studio, I’m a mom to a toddler who also enjoys practicing yoga with me. When I’m not on the mat or at the climbing gym, I love spending time with my family, hiking, watching movies, and playing board games.”
