Corey Long

Corey discovered yoga back in 2009 as a way to explore movement, fitness, and healthy habits. Since then, her practice has evolved alongside other physical pursuits like running, lifting, and hiking. Now, yoga serves as a way for her to connect with her body, slow down, and build both balance and strength. As a teacher, Corey is passionate about creating classes that are playful, creative, and empowering. She hopes students leave class feeling supported, rejuvenated, and more at home in their bodies. When not teaching, you can find Corey reading, running, gardening, hanging out with her pets and partner, or listening to early 2000s pop-punk.
