Climbing Coaching
Our one-on-one coaching classes are designed around what you want to achieve as a climber. Luke offers individualized instruction that can help you overcome fear of falling, learn how to project challenging routes, build endurance and technique, or transition your gym skills to outdoor or alpine environments. No matter where you’re starting, you’ll get focused attention, clear guidance, and a progression that meets you exactly where you are.

Thursday 12PM - 9PM (1 hour timeslots)

Group Class - How to Climb 5.10
This course in movement & technique is designed for climbers who are already proficient in belaying and have some level of exposure to climbing. The philosophy behind this class is that most climbers who plateau at this stage are not held back by strength or fitness - they’re held back by movement skills. Through a breakout-group model our coach, Luke, will teach you the movement patterns, techniques, and decision making that will allow you to progress.
