All punch passes, memberships, and prepaid items are non-refundable except where required by law.

Our day passes and punch passes last all day so you can even come, leave to grab some grub, and come back to keep climbing! We have a variety of different styles of climbing to accommodate all skill levels- yes even you!

Top Rope Belay Policy at Rocksport Climbing Gym: Climbers are required to bring their own GRIGRI to participate in belaying at Rocksport. If you do not have your own, you can rent a belay device from us. All climbers must pass a belay assessment before being permitted to belay in our facility.

Memberships

Join the RockSport community! Enjoy unlimited climbing at our facility, discounts at our gear shop, and access to exclusive member-only benefits. Our memberships provide unlimited access, perfect for climbers of all levels. All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.

NOTE: Not available online. We can set up a single-month membership for you when you visit the gym. Student, Military memberships include active EMS, Firefighters, Police.

NOTE: Family rates are only available to parents and children (under 18) living in the same household. Child rates are only available with the purchase of an Adult Membership. EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Memberships are automatically renewed on a monthly basis until cancelled or frozen. EFT Memberships are subject to an initiation fee of $35 Individual & $45 Family. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are subject to sales tax.

By purchasing any of our offerings, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by all Rocksport Climbing Gym rules, regulations, and policies. Any violation of these rules may lead to loss of event privileges. Repeated violations may result in the revocation of membership privileges. All members and guests must adhere to the judgment, direction, and decisions of Rocksport Climbing Gym staff.

Terms and Conditions

Memberships are billed on the first of each month. Membership change requests must be made 24 hours before the billing date.

1. All membership changes must be submitted through the “Membership Change Request Form”.

2. All new members are subject to a $35 startup fee, and $45 for families.

3. All memberships that have cancelled and not renew for more than 90 days (3 months) are subject to a $20 restart fee.

4. Freeze your membership for $5 per month.

5. Account balances that are 10 days overdue will incur a $15 late fee.

6. Students (6 credit hours or more) and Military members must present a current valid ID as proof of eligibility.

7. Member guest pass: Limited to one (1) guest pass per month.

• You acknowledge that you have read and agree to all Rocksport Gym Rules and Policies.
• You agree to be charged the regular membership price unless additional discounted pricing is offered to you.
• If you are enrolling in an EFT membership, you agree to enroll in autopay.
• For monthly memberships, you understand that you are purchasing access to the facility for one full month during regular business hours. This is not a purchase of future services but a single monthly purchase.
• You understand that unless your membership is cancelled, you will automatically purchase the next month and authorize payment using the payment method on file.
• To cancel your membership, you must submit a membership cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to the next monthly period through the membership change request portal on the website at www.climbrocksport.org/change-request-form.
• If you cancel your membership, you understand that future memberships may be subject to an initiation fee and any promotional or special pricing may no longer apply.
• Rocksport reserves the right to increase membership dues at any time, subject to any written pricing specials.
• You understand that Rocksport may periodically host competitions or reserve portions of the facility for groups or special events, and that these activities are considered part of regular business hours.
• In the event of any billing disputes or issues, you agree to contact Rocksport management. You agree to pay a $25 bank decline fee for each declined transaction or chargeback. Failure to do so will result in suspension of facility access.
